The safety of our clients and our staff are our utmost priority. For this reason, we take the following measures to adapt ourselves to the new situation and contribute to prevent the spread of Covid-19


We take extreme measures of hygiene and cleanliness and try and avoid contact thanks to preventive measures.


  1. Personnel with protective personal equipment (PPE): Approved masks (UNE-0064-1) and hydroalcoholic gel. Daily temperature control
  2. Periodic cleaning and disinfection of reception surfaces
  3. Protective methacrylate partition on counter and limited capacity at reception
  4. We strongly advocate for online check-in as well as card payment
  5. Delivery of access cards or keys only after thorough disinfection. On departure, the keys / cards will be left inside the apartment and the door will be left closed
  6. “Safe tourism” amenities: Face mask and hydroalcoholic gel
  7. In addition, we will inform you of the rules to contribute to the prevention of Covid-19 and actions to take in case of symptoms


  1. Duly trained personnel for cleaning and disinfecting chores at the apartments and donning protective personal equipment (PPE): Approved masks (UNE-0064-1) and hydroalcoholic gel. Daily temperature control
  2. Disinfection of cleaning tools before and after each use with products approved and authorized by the Ministry of Health, proven effective against COVID-19, in accordance with the UNE-EN 14476 standard
  3. Thorough cleaning of the apartment and disinfection with hydroalcoholic gel in each cleaning of frequently handled elements such as switches, buttons, handrails, elevators...
  4. Complete ventilation during cleaning
  5. Non-essential elements are removed from the apartments to facilitate cleaning such as decorative cushions, plaids...
  6. Remote controls thoroughly disinfected
  7. Dirty bedding and towels will be collected in closed bags avoiding cross contamination of dirty clothes with clean ones during cleanings
  8. Washing and bleaching of all garments at more than 60ºC
  9. Our cleaning and maintenance staff will never enter your apartment if not strictly necessary. In case of urgency, every necessary preventive measure to avoid contagion will be adopted and safety distance will be maintained in any case


  1. Flexible cancellation policies for reservations made between June 1, 2020 and August 31, 2020 for less than 32 days: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. For reservations of more than 32 days please refer to our reservation staff.
  2. In case of symptomatic guests who wish to leave the property before the end date of the contract, a proportional amount of the unenjoyed stay will be refunded.
