You will be strategically located between the Eixample, Gothic quarter and Born area where you will enjoy the best shops and restaurants, that are just a few minutes' walk away. Very close to Las Ramblas and a few minutes from Barceloneta beaches.

The offer of public transportation is unbeatable. You will be a few steps away from the Cercanías / Rodalies and FFGG (Ferrocarriles) de Catalunya train stops and also from the Catalunya (L1 and L3) and Urquinaona (L1 and L4) metro stations. Add to this the many day and nocturnal buses. Without a doubt the best communicated area of the city.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Eixample Dreta, this is a central location between the district of Gràcia, the old town, the area of Eixample Esquerre and Sant Martí. In Eixample Dret you will find many interesting landmarks that you cannot miss in your visit to Barcelona.

We highlight the most beautiful avenue of the city: Passeig de Gràcia. It connects the district of Gràcia with the old town. Along its sidewalks you will find very important modernism style buildings –like La Pedrera, la Casa Batlló, Casa Ametller, in perfect harmony with some of the most exclusive fashion boutiques from all over the world. Rambla de Catalunya (parallel to Passeig de Gràcia) is another fantastic boulevard for a relaxed walk. It is worth remarking that many world famous sights such as Sagrada Família, Casa de les Punxes and Palau Baró de Quadres among others are located in this area.

In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).
