This apartment is located on the third floor and you can use the elevator. It is equipped with a very fast free WIFI connection.

This apartment is located next to the Feria de Barcelona (Fira-Gran Via), in the Europa/Fira area of L'Hospitalet del Llobregat. This apartment is able to be rented for a short term stays and it's located 10 minutes walking distance from the Feria de Barcelona and 5 minutes from the commercial mall Gran Via 2. At 10 minutes by car from the Camp Nou. Also a few meters from this accommodation you will be able to find all the facilities that could possibly need, included supermarkets, pharmacies and banks.

Related with the public transport, this apartment is perfectly communicated with Barcelona city center through the metro and bus services, also perfectly connected with the airport. The closest metro station Ildefons Cerdà (L8) can be found at 1 minute walking, and 5 minutes walking distance from the stop Europa | Fira (L8 y L9). There are numerous bus lines as well next to these apartments for short stays.

The apartment is located in the Europa/Fira quarter. Ten minutes t of the Fira Gran Via enclosure, one of the biggest and modern compounds of Europe designed by the Japanese Toyo Ito and where the most important events and fairs are implemented. Also it’s five minutes walking distance to Ciutat de la Justicia, and 10 minutes by car to Camp Nou.

The public transport of the surrounding area offers a direct access to the center of Barcelona and it has multiple options of transport: Metro (Line 9 Fira, and Line 1 Bellvitge), Catalan Railways (Europa Fira FGC stop) and the main Bus Station of Bellvitge.

The airport is located ten minutes by car, and 15 minutes by bus (the number 46 is a direct line to Barcelona El Prat). It’s able to reach the airport too by the new metro line L9.

In the Europa/Fira area you can find the mall of Gran Via 2 de L’Hospitalet, with more than 180 shops, 20 restaurants and a 15 rooms cinema.

We recommend the apartment for those people that have decided to visit Barcelona because there is some convention or important event. Also is recommended for those that are coming to visit the county city looking for an economic stay with good connection to the city center.

Check-in on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays before 08:00pm = + 20 euros

Check-out:Before 11:00am

Ways of payment:The remaining amount can be done in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the day of arrival. Payment by American Express has a 4% surcharge of the remaining amount.

Deposit:The deposit has to be done by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and will be re-deposited at the day of departure or the following working day in case of a Sunday or bank holiday. In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).

Expenses:We will charge 200 euros/month for water, electricity & internet.

Cleaning service:The client may hire a cleaning service, under express conset of the client.

Bien situé (10 mn place d'Espagne en transport), le logement est très bien équipé, très propre et nos hôtes ont tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise. Je recommande.

Hey. We hade a good trip to Barcelona. The appartment was located in a quiet area and not so far from the metro. We have only one thing that we didn´t like about appartment. The noice from the neighbours at nighttime. Otherwise it was agreat place to stay.

Peter was very helpful. Without elavator would be hard for a lot of luggages and older folks. The beds were comfortable , plenty rooms for a family. My unit have funny smell every time when I walk in. Would recommend my friends to the hotel

Super location for going to the Fira (10 min. by foot). Not close to the touristic area though. The flat is cosy and is well equiped. We enjoyed our stay!
