The living room is composed of two sofas, two chairs, a flat screen TV, a bar with high chairs, perfect for homemade cooking with your friends or family. There is a modern kitchen and we provide all the kitchen tools necessary and some basics like olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar. There is a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and tea.
The apartment has a modern design decor, that will be a plus for your Barcelona experience. The bedroom has a king size bed which can be easily converted into two singles upon request. The bathroom has a double shower, large mirror and double sinks. It´s better than a 5-star hotel room.
The small balcony facing the street has a bench and a small table, perfect to enjoy our Mediterranean weather all year long.
The apartment is located in Poble Sec, which is a trendy neighborhood in the city center of Barcelona. You will be located in an upbeat area, full of bars, restaurants and various events. The Parallel Avenue is closeby, full of markets and theaters. The Raval or Eixample neighborhood are walking distance from the apartment, as well as Las Ramblas.
A few meters from the apartment is the PARAL-LEL subway station, part of the green line (L3) that will take you directly to Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia, Camp Nou and many other touristic attractions. Also this green line connects to Sants Estation where you have many buses to/from the Airport.

This apartment is located in the Poble Sec neighborhood. This neighborhood is located between Montjuïc mountain and the Paralelo avenue (avenida del Paralelo). This avenue separates the Poble Sec and the Raval area (Las Ramblas). Furthermore, this avenue is important because there are the most important theatres and cabarets on it. The most important cabaret is: El Molino.
At the end of Paralelo avenue there is the plaza de España (Spain square) with the Barcelona Fair on it. Also there are the MNAC (Museo de Arte Nacional de Cataluña) and the Magic Fountain (Montjuïc Fountains). Furthermore, the plaza de España is perfect to begin to visit Montjuïc mountain where you'll find the Fundació Joan Miró (Joan Miró foundation), the Castillo de Montjuïc (Monjuïc castle), the Palau Sant Jordi and others.

In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).

This is a Airbnb you must stay at. Location: The location is perfect. It is 2 min from the metro stop and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, little super markets, and etc. there are such great places to eat right around it- Qimet & Qimet, Bar Celna, Asian Way, and on and on. We were amazed at how great the location was. It was a 10 min train ride to La Rambla and the metro stop for the Funicular de Montjuïc up the mountain. Airbnb: Very secure as you have two front doors with keys to get through. The flat is tastefully decorated with Japanese culture. They put time and energy into the decorations and it shows. We loved it. It had all the things we needed and more. The bed was comfy, the two rain shower heads were wonderful, consistent hot water, cold a/c and a washing machine. It was one of the best we have stayed at.This is a great place to stay. Book it!

We had a very good stay during 5 days mixing job and tourism. The apartment is clean, well decorated and very confortable for 2 people. Large and confortable bed, large shower, big towels, all you need for a short stay in the kitchen. Location is very good near Metro Parallel. Many restaurants, cafés, bars and convenience stores in the area. It is 10 minutes walk to Montjuïc parc and museums. Bus 20 direct to the beach. Good option for home office also.
